For weeks, Supporters have been asking Elon Musk to show public support for the ironic cryptocurrency as a part of the GameStop saga. Amateur stock traders have been hoping to surge Dogecoin and make it the next big thing.

Dogecoin supporters seem happy with Elon Musk’s tweet, but is it really all it seems?
Currently, neither Elon Musk or his team have confirmed whether or not his account has been hacked. However, followers are speculating that it may be the case.
The biggest cause for concern is that normally Elon uses ‘Twitter for iPhone’ while these tweets appear from ‘Twitter Web App’. This alongside the fact these tweets are his first since announcing he was “off Twitter for a while” on February 2nd.
Plus, the sudden outpour of support for Dogecoin from Elon has sparked further suspicion. Although he has previously spoke about Dogecoin and its entertainment value, he has relatively held back to show hardcore support. He even recently praised Bitcoin on Clubhouse instead.
“Why the sudden Doge love,” asked one follower on Twitter.
As it currently stands, there is no confirmation from Elon Musk or his team as to whether he has been hacked.
Another tweet written by an account named @bittychad writes that Elon Musk always uploads tweets via iphone while last time, elon musk uploaded not from twitter for iphone, but from Twitter Web App. It also reinforces the noted that Elon Musk’s twitter has been hacked. (sak/ant)
