NUSADAILY.COM – DENPASAR – If you want to spoil your eyes so that you feel like you are on the edge of heaven, come to the three Nusa in Bali. Nusa Dua is not the only ‘Nusa’ that can be visited in Bali.
In fact, “Nusa” is a small island. For true island hopping, tourists can visit Nusa Penida, Nusa Lembongan, and Nusa Ceningan.
Nusa Penida, Nusa Lembongan, and Nusa Ceningan are included in Klungkung Regency, one of eight districts on the Island of the Gods.
These three ‘nusa’ are separated from the main island of Bali by the Bali Strait. Limestone cliffs and clear turkish blue sea water are the main sights there. Diving activities can definitely be done here, because the natural wealth under the sea is still very well preserved.
How to get to Nusa Penida, Nusa Lembongan, and Nusa Ceningan can be done by crossing a boat from Sanur Beach, Padang Bai Harbor, or Benoa Harbor. The rates vary, depending on the type of ship and duration. Fast boats are of course a little more expensive because they arrive faster.
Unlike Uluwatu, Seminyak, Canggu, or Ubud, there is not much public transportation on each island. Tourists can rent a car or motorbike to tour the island.
Just like tours in other areas of Bali, tourists who want to go on an adventure in Nusa Penida, Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Ceningan are obliged to maintain politeness, especially when visiting sacred places there.
Don’t forget to keep the environment clean by not littering.
There are many beaches that can be visited in these three nusa, but most of them are rocky with big waves. Don’t be desperate to step into dangerous areas just for the sake of selfies.
Briefly summarized, here are three destinations in Bali and their tourist attractions:
- Nusa Penida
The view of Kelingking Beach in Nusa Penida is the Kemenparekraf version of the most popular photo this year. I think we can agree with this statement, considering the panoramic view of the beach framed by cliffs here is very impressive.
Apart from Kelingking Beach, other tourist attractions that can also be visited while visiting Nusa Penida are Atuh Beach, Pasih Uug (Broken Beach), Crystal Bay Beach, Angle’s Billabong, Tears Guyangan, Andus Beach (Smoke Beach), Toya Pakeh Beach, Banah Beach , and Suwehan Beach.
Apart from beach tourism, tourists can also take other natural tours, such as Paluang Cliff, Teletubbies Hill, Seganing Waterfall, and Giri Putri Cave.
- Nusa Lembongan
Known as a backpacker island, there are indeed many affordable lodging and dining places on Nusa Lembongan. The choice of tour is no less diverse than Nusa Penida.
Yellow Bridge or the Yellow Bridge, which connects Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Ceningan, is the most popular “tourist attraction” here. This bridge had collapsed in October 2016.
The Yellow Bridge which is also called the Bridge of Love can be visited on one of the beaches of Nusa Lembongan, namely Mushroom Beach.
For beach tourism in Nusa Lembongan, tourists can visit Dream Beach, Jungut Batu Beach, Lebaoh Beach, and Sunset Beach.
Visiting Devil’s Tears, Panorama Point, and mangrove forests can be options for other natural attractions in Nusa Lembongan after being satisfied with beach tourism.
- Nusa Ceningan
Still not too popular compared to Nusa Penida and Nusa Lembongan, actually Nusa Ceningan also offers natural attractions that are no less interesting than the two islands.
If you are satisfied taking pictures at the Yellow Bridge, please step foot to Secret Beach for a beach tour.
For those who want to challenge adrenaline, you can jump freely from Cliff Jump Point, surf at Mahana Point, or slide from the cable on the Abyss Zipline. (Han)
