NUSADAILY.COM – JAKARTA – White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows on Thursday revealed that five other countries were seriously considering a normalization agreement with Israel after the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Bahrain inaugurated it this week.
Meadows, speaking to reporters on Air Force One while traveling with President Trump to Wisconsin for the campaign, will not divulge the five states.
But according to him, they are in a related area.
Trump spoke optimistically about other countries agreeing to normalize relations with Israel following in the footsteps of the UAE and Bahrain.
One possibility is Oman, whose ambassador attended a ceremony at the White House on Tuesday. Trump on Tuesday predicted that Saudi Arabia would eventually agree to a deal. (int1)
